Records, connection and passwords: Vínculoo® at Instituto Ayrton Senna's Grid de Inovação

Vínculoo® presented its solution at Grid de Inovação 2026, the technology challenge run by Instituto Ayrton Senna. The call brought together AI solutions around a single question: how to transform the journey of educational assessment.

Standing before the organization that carries that legacy forward, he said, is unlike any other presentation.

What Vínculoo® brought to the table

Two things.

The first is what is already running. The platform operates today in 356 schools, across 10 states, with 17,000 students and 8,000 teachers, in public and private networks at the same time. Not a pilot, not a proof of concept: a working operation, with municipal schools and private schools using the same system.

The second is what product presentations rarely show: the operational blockers.

The three blockers that never appear in the report

Large-scale assessment fails before the first question is answered. And it almost never fails because of the instrument.

Out-of-date records. The network sends its database, and it arrives with students who have changed schools, classes that no longer exist, names spelled three different ways. Every mismatch becomes manual rework: someone, somewhere, checking a spreadsheet instead of following a student. Vínculoo® handles this with AI-assisted data loading from XLS or CSV, and with integration to public databases such as SED, run by the State of São Paulo.

Poor connectivity. The school that most needs the assessment often has the worst internet. When the application depends on a stable connection, the network loses data precisely from those already at a disadvantage. The platform works offline: the record happens on the spot, on the device, and syncs when the connection comes back.

Forgotten passwords. It looks like a detail until assessment day, when an entire classroom stops because nobody remembers the password. The platform signs in with Google, Apple, Face ID, Touch ID, email code and token. Whoever forgets sorts it out alone, without a support ticket and without waiting on the education department.

Technology as an enabler, not one more task

There is a difference between technology that promises transformation and technology that takes work off people who are already overloaded. The three blockers above have one thing in common: none of them is about pedagogy, and all of them consume the time of people who should be teaching.

Solving records, connection and access is not what shows up in the final assessment report. It is what decides whether the assessment happens at all.
