Vínculoo®
For multidisciplinary spaces

The whole team looking at the same student

Speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology and educational psychology see the same student and keep their records in separate places. Vínculoo® brings those perspectives into a single functional profile, and turns what the team observes into a plan, a record and a report.

Apoio Inteligente®

The AI drafts. The specialist decides.

From what the four specialties recorded come the first versions of the goals, the session plan and the report for the school and the family. Each specialist reviews, adjusts and signs: Apoio Inteligente® takes the blank page away, not the clinical judgement.

What the space gets

Four specialities, one student

Six things that change when speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology and educational psychology write in the same place, instead of each in its own notebook.

  • The whole team on one profile

Each speciality describes the student along the same functional axes. What changes is the perspective, not the form, and that is why the four perspectives add up.

  • An objective set for each session

Every session knows what it will work on and with which resources, before it starts. Sessions stop being improvised on the day.

  • Recorded in seconds, at the end of the session

Did it alone, did it with support, not possible yet, plus the line on what happened. Fast enough to happen every day, which is what makes the series exist.

  • Progress shows up across the whole set

Each session goes under the objective it belongs to, so what you see across months is comparable progress, not the impression of whoever wrote last.

  • A report that already exists when asked for

What families and schools ask for comes out of the day-to-day records. Nobody stops the space the night before the review meeting to produce a document.

  • A bridge to the student's school

What the team observes reaches the classroom as strategy, in the teacher's language, and what the school observes comes back. Both sides stop working blind.

Frequently asked questions

What multidisciplinary spaces ask before signing up

  • Is Vínculoo® made for a multidisciplinary practice, and not only for schools?

It is, and not as a stripped-down version of the school product. The platform covers the whole support journey: understanding the student, planning, delivering the sessions, recording what happened, following the progress and reporting back to the school and the family. In a practice, the team walking that journey is the multidisciplinary one — speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology and educational psychology in the same place, each keeping the vocabulary of its own field.

  • What does the platform do beyond organising the student's profile?

The profile is where the journey starts, not where it ends. Out of it come the goals and the plan for each session, with the resources it will use; the schedule and attendance; the record of what happened in each session, in seconds; progress that is comparable across the months; reports and family debriefs, ready when they are asked for; the library of adapted materials; the team's training; and Apoio Inteligente®, which drafts goals, plans and reports for the specialist to review.

  • How does each specialty's work fit in?

Each professional schedules, delivers and records their own session, tied to the goal it belongs to. Nobody loses the vocabulary of their own field, and the team stops finding out at the meeting what had already been observed two weeks earlier.

  • Can we prepare and use adapted material inside a session?

Yes. The library brings activities, games, probes and assessments that the team adapts into several formats — pictograms and AAC, audio description, braille, accessible reading — following Universal Design for Learning. The material comes from the same place where the session plan was written, not from a separate folder.

  • Can the student's school take part?

Yes, and that is where both sides stop working blind. What the team observes in the session reaches the classroom as a strategy, in the language the teacher uses, and what the school observes comes back to the practice. When the school also uses Vínculoo®, both work on the same record.

  • Does the student need a diagnosis to have a plan at the practice?

No. The plan is built from the observation of the people delivering the sessions, not from a diagnosis. When a diagnosis exists, it joins what has already been recorded, without replacing what the team observed.

  • Who owns the data of the students seen at the practice?

The practice. It is the controller; Vínculoo® processes the data as an operator, under Brazilian data protection law, with anonymisation and protection by design. Student information never becomes product input.

  • How is it charged?

Per student in special and inclusive education, as defined by Decree 12.686/2025. The practice pays for the students it sees, not per professional on the team nor per access licence: the four specialties work in the same place without multiplying the cost. The price per student comes up in the conversation.
