Vínculoo®

The AEE schedule fits in your pocket.

Sessions go into the school timetable with day, time and duration, and the specialist teacher opens the schedule from wherever they are. Every session has a stated objective, the record happens at the end of it and what worked goes back to the mainstream classroom.

  • The schedule on desktop and phone
  • Objective and resources in every session
  • Session recorded in seconds
  • What worked goes back to the classroom
  • Attendance notice to the family

How the support runs

The AEE routine, from the timetable to the record

The plan lives in the PAEE; here is the week happening. Four things the specialist teacher stops doing by hand: rebuilding the timetable at every change, writing the objective from scratch, drafting the record afterwards and adding up attendance in a separate spreadsheet.

  • The schedule goes into the school timetable

Sessions get a day, a time and a duration inside the school timetable, and open on the specialist teacher's phone. They see the whole month, not a list of names with no hour.

  • Every session with a stated objective

It is not a timetable: the session opens with the objective of the day and the resources that will be used, tied to the student's PEI goals.

  • Records at the end of the session

Three marks and one sentence, still in the resource room. Apoio Inteligente® proposes the text from what was marked, and the teacher edits whatever they want.

  • Attendance confirmed, hours added up

AEE happens in the opposite shift, and the family is left wondering whether the student went in. Here they get the notice when the session starts, and the term percentage adds itself up from the same record.

And in your school, how would this work?
