Questions about MCP
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant query a system in an organized way and with permission. It is what links Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini to Vínculoo®.

Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
Who can use it?
Every Vínculoo® customer. Each person connects with their own login, and the AI respects their access profile.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You connect in your AI's settings, with your Vínculoo® login. There is no code or key to copy.
Can the AI change anything on the platform?
No. The Vínculoo® MCP is read-only. To create or edit plans and records, use the platform or Apoio Inteligente®.
Does the AI see students from other schools?
No. It sees exactly what your profile sees on the platform, and nothing more.
Where does the information go?
To the AI account you connected, like any content you send to it. That is why you should use an account approved by your school or network's data policy.
How do I end access?
Remove the Vínculoo® connector in your AI's settings. From then on, it no longer checks anything.
