Every student belongs in your school.
Your team already wants to welcome every student who learns differently. What is usually missing is a shared path: understanding who that student is, planning their support and following what is working. Vínculoo® gives that path to the whole school, so no one has to manage it alone.

Who already walks with us

Apoio Inteligente®
The AI drafts. The teacher decides.
From the functional profile come the first versions of the Case Study, the PEI and the PAEE, already written and in the standard that holds for the whole school. The teacher reviews, adjusts and applies: Apoio Inteligente® takes the blank page away, not the decision.

One school, one path
What the coordination team starts to see, what the teacher gets in hand, and what the school stops chasing at the end of the year.
One path for the whole school
Case Study, PEI and PAEE in the same format across every class. The quality of support stops varying from teacher to teacher.
Support starts from what the student does
Two students with the same diagnosis do not ask for the same support. The Case Study starts from the observation of the people around the student — a diagnosis, when there is one, comes in as one more piece of information, not as the entry ticket.
A teacher supported, not audited
Apoio Inteligente® reads the functional profile and drafts the plans. The teacher is still the one who reviews, decides and applies — the platform signs nothing in their place.
The team trains inside its own routine
Microlessons inside the platform itself: a classroom situation, the teacher's choice and the feedback. That is how the school covers the 360 hours required of the specialist support teacher and the 180 of the support professional without taking anyone out of the classroom.
The whole school on one screen
The coordination team follows each class's goals without waiting for someone to raise a hand. What needs attention shows up in time to help, and the meeting with the family stops being an impression on both sides.
Compliance comes with it
PEI and PAEE tied to the pedagogical project, structured specialist support and a Case Study that does not require a diagnosis. What Decree 12.686/2025 asks for comes out of the school's own routine, not out of a scramble in December.
What school leaders ask before deciding
What does Vínculoo® actually do for my school?
It gives your team one place to understand, plan and follow through with every student who learns differently: Case Study, PEI and PAEE in the same format across every class, plus a dashboard where leadership can see how each student is doing without waiting for someone to raise it.
Is a private school in Brazil required to enrol students with disabilities?
Yes. The Brazilian Inclusion Act (Law 13.146/2015) bars private schools from refusing enrolment and from charging any additional amount for inclusion, and the Supreme Court upheld those rules in ADI 5357, in 2016. In practice the open question is not whether the school enrols, but how to welcome the student well without overloading the team. That is where Vínculoo® comes in.
Does the platform meet Decree 12.686/2025?
Yes. The decree made the Case Study, the PEI and the PAEE mandatory and tied them to the school's pedagogical project, and that is exactly what the school produces with Vínculoo®, out of the routine it already has. The foundation also includes Law 13.146/2015, the national curriculum (BNCC) and the CNE guidelines.
Does the school need a clinical diagnosis to start?
No. The Case Study starts from the pedagogical observation of the people around the student: what they do, with what support and in what context. The diagnosis, when it arrives, enters as one more piece of information. It is not the entry door, and support does not wait for it.
How does Apoio Inteligente®, Vínculoo®'s AI, work?
It is a pedagogical AI, specialised in inclusion. From the student's functional profile it suggests strategies, drafts plans and organises the information the school already has. The teacher is still the one who reviews, decides and applies: the platform signs nothing on their behalf.
Can we adapt the activities and assessments we already use?
Yes. Adaptation comes out in several formats (open questions, multiple choice, mixed, reading comprehension, among others) so the same content reaches each student through the path that works for them, following Universal Design for Learning.
Does the team need training to keep up?
Training is part of the platform, in short lessons the teacher takes inside their own routine, without taking the school out of operation. It also addresses the hours Decree 12.686/2025 now requires: 360 for the specialist-support teacher and 180 for the classroom support professional.
How does pricing work?
Per student in the target group for special and inclusive education, as set out in Brazil's Decree 12.686/2025 — not per total enrolment. You pay for the students who receive support, so the cost follows the school's reality instead of a fixed contract number. The per-student figure comes up in the conversation, and staff training is part of the platform.
