With a doctorate in Special Education from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), Isabela is a specialist in clinical and institutional educational psychology. Her wide experience and knowledge make her a reference in the field, helping guarantee that each student receives the attention and support they need to reach their full potential.

Cristiane Guimarães
Cristiane holds a doctorate in Special Education from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), along with a master's in the same field and a specialization in teaching students with disabilities. Her passion for teaching and her dedication to providing an inclusive, welcoming environment make her a fundamental part of our team.

Renata Anselmo
Renata is a teacher in the municipal school system and holds a postgraduate qualification in inclusive education and educational psychology, with specializations in special education, inclusive education and educational psychology. Her practical experience and her commitment to promoting a quality education for every student are evident in her daily work.

Emille Paganotti
With a doctorate in Special Education from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and a degree in pedagogy plus a master's in Education from Unesp, Emille is a specialist in clinical and institutional educational psychology. Her student-centered approach and her skill in adapting teaching strategies to what each student individually requires are admirable.

Silvia Ferraresi
Silvia brings more than 30 years of experience and passion for inclusive education. She graduated and specialized in physiotherapy and child rehabilitation, holds a degree in pedagogy and is currently taking a master's in education. As the founder of Instituto Inclusão na Escola, she dedicates herself to promoting continuing training for teachers, aiming to provide an inclusive, equal learning environment for every student.
